The process

Four steps. No billing department in sight.

A real sequence, in order — because optimization is built on data and a plan, not a portal login.

01 / Meet

Consult & in-person visit

Every member starts with an in-person evaluation. It grounds your care in a real exam — and satisfies federal requirements for any controlled-substance therapy from day one.

02 / Measure

Comprehensive lab panel

A broad baseline across hormones, metabolism, and vital markers. You see every number, with a plain-language read on what it means for you.

03 / Design

A protocol built for you

Your nurse practitioner designs an individualized plan. No template, no upsell funnel — just the therapy your labs and goals actually call for.

04 / Sustain

Ongoing membership care

Regular re-testing, dose adjustments, and direct access to your clinician. Your plan evolves as your numbers do.

Areas of care

Where we focus

Depth over breadth. We do a small number of things carefully, under the direct care of a licensed nurse practitioner — bioidentical hormone therapy for men and women, plus the metabolic and vitality care that goes with it.

Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy

Evaluated and dosed separately for men and women
For men

Men’s hormone therapy

Testosterone and related hormone therapy where labs and symptoms indicate it — dosed to your numbers, monitored over time, and adjusted as your levels respond.

For women

Women’s hormone therapy

Bioidentical therapy for perimenopause and menopause — the sleep, mood, energy, and libido changes that get dismissed as “just part of it.” Evaluated on your labs, not your age.

Weight & metabolic

Medically supervised weight and metabolic support built on lab work and a plan you can actually sustain — not a crash program.

Metabolic · Appetite · Body comp

Energy & vitality

Low energy, poor sleep, low libido, mood that swings without warning. These get waved off as “just getting older.” We take them seriously and look for the cause.

Sleep · Libido · Mood · Drive

All therapy is individualized and requires clinical evaluation. Not everyone is a candidate for every treatment.

Our philosophy

Aging well isn’t luck. It’s attention.

The goal was never to stop time. It’s to spend the years you have with your energy intact, your sleep sound, and your mind clear — and to treat the things standing in the way instead of writing them off as age.

Laura Stankovic, FNP-C

Laura earned her Master’s in Nursing from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2017. Her background as a Family Nurse Practitioner is in primary care, focused on adults and the aging population.

Over time she noticed the same complaints surfacing regardless of medical history — low energy, low libido, poor sleep, weight gain, unpredictable mood. “Guess I’m just getting old” came up far too often. Aging is inevitable, but it can be done with an emphasis on longevity and wellness.

That focus is rarely what conventional health care rewards. She loves patient care — but found a whole-person approach kept running into the confines of approvals and prior authorizations. So she built a practice without them.

“This is my appeal to health.”

Membership

Two paths, because the protocols aren’t the same.

Men’s and women’s hormone therapy differ in what’s tested, how often it’s adjusted, and how long titration takes. Plans and pricing follow the care, so choose the path built for you.

Your information, actively protected

Your health data is safeguarded under Nevada’s consumer health data law — one of the strongest state privacy statutes in the country, written specifically for practices like ours. Consent before we collect. Never sold. Deleted on request.

We comply with NRS 603A.400–.590
What that means for you

Consent-first, sale-never.

  • We ask before we collect. Your affirmative consent comes first — and a separate consent before anything is ever shared for marketing.
  • We never sell your health data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not ever without your written authorization.
  • You can stop, list, or delete. Ask us to halt collection, name every third party, or delete your data — and we honor it.
  • No location tracking. We never geofence health facilities to target you. Enforced by the Nevada Attorney General.

Questions

The things people ask first

Why don’t you take insurance?+
Because insurance billing shapes how much time a provider can spend and what they’re allowed to treat. By staying 100% cash-pay, we answer to you alone — flat pricing, unhurried visits, and no coding decisions driving your care.
Is my health information safe if you’re not “HIPAA compliant”?+
Yes. HIPAA’s rules are tied to insurance billing, which we don’t do — so they don’t apply to us, and we don’t claim otherwise. Your data is instead protected under Nevada’s consumer health data law (NRS 603A.400–.590), which requires consent to collect, forbids selling your data, and lets you delete it on request.
Can everything be done by telemedicine?+
Most follow-up care can. But every member begins with an in-person visit — it grounds your treatment in a real exam and satisfies federal requirements for any controlled-substance therapy from the start.
What does membership actually include?+
A baseline lab panel, your intake visit, an individualized protocol, and ongoing re-testing and clinician access at the level of the tier you choose. Pricing shown is placeholder — final tiers will be listed here.
Will you fill out insurance paperwork for me?+
We’ll give you an itemized receipt or superbill to submit yourself if you wish. We don’t file claims or submit to insurers on your behalf — keeping our cash-pay structure clean is part of how we protect the practice and your privacy.
